RAB Shatters The Conventional Images Of Radio With The Very First New York Forum on Radio Advertising
McDonald's CMO William Lamar, Jr. To Keynote Luncheon
New York, New York - (January 27, 2006) New Rules For Radio: What's The Frequency, a one-day advertising summit that will shatter the old images of Radio, takes place March 15th at the Grand Hyatt in New York City. Presented by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), the Advertising Club of New York, and Adweek Magazines, the first-ever event features marketing and media experts who will share their proven strategies for building brands and increasing sales with Radio advertising.
William Lamar, Jr., Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald's USA, will deliver a keynote address during the closing luncheon, which is sponsored by Media Monitors. A strategist and motivator, Lamar is responsible for the marketing, advertising, and new product development for McDonald's throughout the US. His role is integral in the development of the strategic growth and positioning of the McDonald's brand. Lamar is credited with increasing McDonald's market-share and for spearheading the launch of the "i'm lovin' it™" campaign.
